Our collections are crafted from eco-friendly materials including GOTS-certified organic cotton, TENCEL Lyocell, recycled nylon, and recycled wool to minimize our environmental footprint.

Do you offer free shipping within the UK?

Yes, we offer free standard carbon-neutral shipping on all UK orders over £60. For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee applies.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the seal remains unbroken.

How should I care for my organic garments?

To extend the life of your basics and save energy, we recommend washing at 30°C, using eco-friendly detergent, and air drying instead of tumble drying.

Are your packaging materials plastic-free?

Absolutely. We ship all orders in 100% recyclable paper mailers and FSC-certified cardboard boxes, using no single-use plastics in our fulfillment process.
